Come, O God, be with us here. As much as a deer longs for streams for cooler water, we long to know that you are with us. When trouble and sorrow come, we need you. Help us remember that you are always with us, and that your love is steadfast. Put your song into our hearts, that we may praise this day! Amen.
Let us go forth in the strength of God's glorious power. Let us go forth in the hope and peace of Christ. Let us go forth in the power of the Holy Spirit. Go with God. Amen.

Holy Wisdom, Spirit of truth, we behold your glory in the starry heavens, and your wonder in the earth and sea. Who are we that you care for us so deeply? Why do you love us so completely? God of breath and fire, God of past and future, God of all that is and all that will ever be, when Jesus knew that he was going to the cross, he promised his disciples that they would not be left alone. Jesus assured them that the Holy Spirit would remain with them, teach them how to live and remind them of all he had said. Weeks later, when the day of Pentecost arrived, you poured out your Spirit, giving your disciples the power to speak in many languages, and making tongues of flames dance above their heads. Today, we ask that you pour out your Spirit on us, giving us the wisdom and the courage to live in peace as Jesus’ followers. Amen.
Jesus said, “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not let them be afraid.” With hearts afire and filled with new visions, let us go in peace to love and serve the world. Amen.

God of mystery, part the veil that keeps us from seeing your full glory and might. Open our eyes to behold the risen Christ, who ascended to you in glory. Open our hearts this day, that our spirits may ascend to you as he ascended that day. Focus our thoughts on the power of your salvation, to contemplate mysteries and wonders worthy of our meditations. May we be found worthy of your great gifts, and may we be clothed with your power on high. Amen.
Christ is risen, bringing joy, hope and the promise ofnew life! May this day and everyday be acelebration of God’s abiding presence in our lives and in our world.

O Lord, our God, you are worthy of all our praise. You are the God who never fails to keep his promises. We thank you that in Jesus’ life, death and resurrection we see your love, justice, mercy, provision and victory. You are the God who lifts up those who are weighed down. You are the God who provides for your children. Our desire is to praise you as long as we live. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen
May the God of peace who raised Christ from the dead strengthen your inner being for every good work. And may the blessing of God Almighty Father, son and Holy Spirit rest upon you and dwell within you this day and evermore.
